Design and Win with ATS!

******UPDATE******UPDATE******UPDATE******UPDATE******

Hey folks! We've got it! The shirt is designed and headed this way. Patrick Maher of Gulfport, MS. created the outstanding artwork and Cynthia Wolfe of Columbus, Georgia came up with the winning slogan, "All Things Southern, You don't have to live here to call it home!" As soon as I get out from under this pile on my desk, I'm gonna post y'all a preview of the artwork here...check back soon.

Hugs,
Shellie

Hey folks! I'm dreaming of a new ATS logo so I'm throwing the idea out to all you brilliant porchers. It'll be used for short and longsleeve tees, sweatshirts, mousepads and who knows what else! *grin* So, come on! Design a logo within the guidelines below, submit it and see if you're the lucky winner! The staff here at ATS, (Phil, Shellie, Jessica, Phillip, Rocky and Dixie Belle), will decide on the first round winners and I'll post them in the ATS Logo Gallery! After that, I'll let the porch vote on the winner! (Now, don't try to sway Rocky and Dixie Belle with doggie bones and the like--they'll be on to you in a heartbeat. *grin*) I plan to accept submissions until the end of December and kick off the new merchandise in the New Year.

So, what am I looking for? I'd like to see a simple design that leaves a lasting impression. Simple enough, huh? *grin*

Feel free to incorporate the line "Bringing you the charm and heritage of the south", if you'd like. That will still be my dominant motto. Still, as I look toward expanding and adding onto our porch, I'd like to have another catchy phrase. For instance, I wish we had come up with the phrase, "Southern by the Grace of God." That's okay, though. I bet y'all will come up with something just as good or better. Just think about what you'd like to see on an ATS t-shirt or sweatshirt and let the creative juices flow.

Prizes!

• First prize will win $50 and two t-shirts or longsleeve T's.
• Second prize will $25 and two t-shirts or longsleeve T's.
• Third prize will $15 and two t-shirts or longsleeve T's.

Logo Guidelines:

• The design will work best if it is around 350 x 150 pixels, but don't let that box you in. Right now, we'll be looking at the creativity!

• Logos should be submitted as image files, for instance: GIF, JPG, PNG are all common types that can be used.

• There is a submission limit of five logos per person.

• It might help for you to think about what makes the South unique or why you are happy on the porch of All Things Southern.

Submitting your logo:

• Please submit your logo as an email attachment, or if you have a website and you'd like to upload it to your page, send an email instructing us where to find your entry. We'll come to you! Email ATS!

• You can't win if you don't give me all your information. Remember to include in your submission email your name, email address, physical address and phone number! Of course, all of that information will be private! I will not post it in the gallery. I will only post your name, or your email address if you prefer!

NOTICE: All logo submissions become the property of All Things Southern.
